Refund Policy

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please provide the tracking number when returning your parcel. Once the returned items have been received, the purchase amount will be refunded.

All returns must be registered via our customer service team before being sent back.


Received a defective item?
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item that is damaged

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of the defect

If your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or replacement without sufficient proof of damage as verified by our support team.


Received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you did receive

  • A photo of the item you received


Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted product and placing a new order for the correct one.


Defective or damaged products
If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise faulty, the return is free of charge.


Unwanted items
If you purchased the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you simply no longer want it, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs and return label. These costs are approximately €25.


When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive the returned item(s).
